Stone Sparrow Gardens is lead by Kelly Lack. Kelly worked in advertising and graphic design before making the switch to garden design. In 2010, she received her Certificate in Garden Design, from the University of British Columbia, taught by well-known West Vancouver Landscape Architect, Ron Rule. Kelly has actively studied and practiced residential garden design and builds, since 2012. Her philosophy is to design gardens for the Pacific Northwest, using local materials when possible, taking cues from the surrounding landscape, and the architecture of the home, but most importantly reflecting the homeowner’s story, lifestyle and vision. She takes appointments on the North Shore, Burnaby, and Vancouver.
